2024-2025 ORTAK YABANCI DİL I/II MUAFİYET SINAVI DUYURUSU

Üniversitemize yeni kayıt yaptıran ve Ortak Yabancı Dil Derslerinden Ingilizce I / Ingilizce II, Almanca I / Almanca II [sadece İngiliz Dili Eğitimi Bölümü] için muafiyet başvurusunda bulunan öğrenciler için 17 Eylül 2024 Salı günü saat 17:00’de Yüksekokulumuz tarafından yapılacak olan Ortak Zorunlu Yabancı Dil Muafiyet Sınavı https://bilge.alanya.edu.tr/login/canvas adresi üzerinden çevrimiçi (online) olarak gerçekleştirilecektir.

An exemption exam for Core Curriculum Foreign Language Courses will be held by The School of Foreign Languages on September 17, 2024 at 17:00 for students who have newly registered to our university and applied for exemption from Common Foreign Language Courses English I / English II, German I / German II [English Language Education Department only]. The Exemption Exam will be held online at https://bilge.alanya.edu.tr/login/canvas .

2024-2025 ORTAK YABANCI DİL I/II MUAFİYET SINAVINA AİT DETAYLAR
Online sınavı sorunsuz şekilde tamamlayabilmek için, lütfen aşağıdaki noktalara çok dikkat ediniz :
- Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat Üniversitesi'ndeki %100 ve %30 İngilizce programlar dışındaki TÜM bölüm ve programların müfredatlarında yer alan Ortak Zorunlu Dersler (OZD) bünyesindeki Yabancı Dil I-II (İngilizce I-II ve Almanca I-II) derslerine yönelik muafiyet sınav başvurusudur. Bu muafiyet sınavının kapsamı 2 saatlik olan OZD Yabancı Dil dersini kapsamakta olup Mesleki Yabancı Dil derslerini, Gazipaşa Havacılık ve Uzay Bilimleri Fakültesi bünyesindeki 2 saatten fazla olan Yabancı Dil Derslerini ve Gazipaşa M.R.B. MYO bünyesindeki 2 saatten fazla olan Yabancı Dil Derslerini, Turizm Fakültesi Turizm İşletmeciliği bölümündeki 2 saatten fazla olan Yabancı Dil İngilizce derslerini KAPSAMAMAKTADIR.
- Öğrencilerin sınavı yapacakları platform olan https://bilge.alanya.edu.tr/login/canvas sistemine nasıl giriş yapacaklarına dair detaylı bilgiye https://alkuzem.alanya.edu.tr/yonetim-sistemi/ogrenci adresinden ulaşabilirler.
- Öğrencilerin sınav günü sorun yaşamamak için sınavdan önce sınav platformuna giriş yapıp sisteme aşina olmaları tavsiye edilmektedir.
- Sınava işletim sistemi ve tarayıcı (tercihen Google Chrome) ayarları güncel olan bir bilgisayar kullanılarak girilmesi önerilir; kullanılan yazılım ve donanımın düzgün çalışması öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır; mobil cihazlar (telefon, tablet vs.) sınav modülünü görüntüleme açısından yeterli olmayabilir.
- Sınav sırasında kullanılacak internet bağlantı kalitesinin ve hızının yeterli olduğundan emin olunuz, bunu sağlamak öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır.
- Sınav günü ve saatinde planlı elektrik kesintisi yapılacak bir yerde olmadığınızdan emin olunuz, bunu sağlamak öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır.
- Sınavla ilgili sorun yaşayan öğrenciler, durumu detaylı şekilde açıklayan e-postalarını anlık olarak alkuydy@alanya.edu.tr e-posta adresine konu kısmına “17 Eylül 2024 ING 101-102 Muafiyet Sınavı yazarak iletebilirler. Bu e- postalarda tüm kimlik ve iletişim bilgilerinizin açık şekilde belirtilmesi ve başvuruda verdiklerinizle örtüşmesi önemlidir.
- Sınav sonuçları Yüksekokulumuz web sayfasında (http://ydy.alanya.edu.tr) ilan edilecektir.
- Sınav ile ilgili detaylar, gelişmeler ve gerek görülürse değişiklikler Yüksekokulumuz web sayfasından (https://ydy.alanya.edu.tr) duyurulacaktır. Güncel duyuruları takip etmek ve uygulamak tamamen öğrencinin kendi sorumluluğundadır.
- Sınav süresinin verimli kullanılması ve sınavın vaktinde tamamlanması öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır. Sınava duyurulan saatten daha geç başlayan öğrenciler sınava katılıp soruları yanıtlayabileceklerdir, ancak kendilerine ek süre verilmeyecektir. Sınavını zamanında bitiremeyen öğrencilere de ek süre verilmeyecek olup, sınav süresi bitiminde sistem otomatik olarak sınavı kapatacaktır.
- Herhangi bir sebeple sınavı yarıda bırakıp sistemden çıkan ya da tarayıcısını kapatan öğrenciler kaldıkları yerden sınava devam edemezler. Herhangi bir noktada sınavı yarıda bırakıp sistemden çıkan ya da tarayıcısını kapatan öğrenciler, o ana kadar yanıtladıkları sorular üzerinden değerlendirilecektir. Sınav esnasında önceki soru ya da sayfaya geri dönüş yaparak işaretlenen şıklarda değişiklik yapmak mümkün olmayacaktır. Sınavı tamamlayan öğrencilerin, sınavını doğru şekilde sonlandırabilmesi için sağ altta bulunan “kısa sınavı gönder” butonuna tıklaması gerekmektedir. Sınav tamamlanmadan “kısa sınavı gönder” tuşuna tıklanmamalıdır, bu durumda tekrar sınava dönüş mümkün olmayacaktır.
- Muafiyet sınavına giren ve başarılı olan öğrenciler, Yabancı Dil-I ve Yabancı Dil-II / ALM-I ve ALM-II (İngiliz Dili Eğitimi bölümü için) derslerinden muaf tutulurlar. Muaf sayılmış olan bu dersleri öğrenciler yönetmelik gereği dönem içinde tekrar alamazlar, muafiyet sınavından alınan not geçerli kabul edilir.
- Öğrencilerin sınavdaki tüm soruları baştan sona bireysel olarak, kendi bilgi ve çabaları ile, herhangi bir dış yardım almadan yanıtlamaları gerekmektedir. Öğrencilerin sınav güvenliğini olumsuz etkileyecek etik olmayan uygulama ve davranışları tespit edilirse Yükseköğretim Kurumları Öğrenci Disiplin Yönetmeliği hükümleri uygulanır. Sınav sorularının her türlü paylaşımı yasaktır. Paylaşım ihlali halinde Yükseköğretim Kurumları Öğrenci Disiplin Yönetmeliği hükümleri uygulanır.
DETAILS OF 2024-2025 CORE CURRICULUM FOREIGN LANGUAGE I/II EXEMPTION EXAM
In order to complete the online exam without any problems, please pay close attention to the following points:
- This is an application for the exemption test for Foreign Language I-II (English I-II and German I-II) courses within the Core Curriculum Courses (OZD ING101-102, ALM101-102) in the curricula of ALL departments and programs at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University, except 100% and 30% English programs. The scope of this exemption exam includes the 2-hour OZD Foreign Language course. This test does not provide exemption for the following courses and programs:
- a) Vocational Foreign Language courses
- b) Foreign Language Courses of more than 2 hours
- c) Foreign Language Courses of more than 2 hours at the Gazipaşa Faculty of Aviation and Astronautics and Gazipaşa M.R.B Vocational School.
- Students can access detailed information on how to log in to the https://bilge.alanya.edu.tr/login/canvas system, which is the platform where they will take the exam, at https://alkuzem.alanya.edu.tr/yonetim-sistemi/ogrenci.
- In order to avoid problems on the exam day, it is recommended that students log in to the exam platform and become familiar with the system before the exam.
- It is recommended to take the exam using a computer with up-to-date operating system and browser (preferably Google Chrome) settings; It is the student's responsibility to ensure the proper functioning of the software and hardware used; Mobile devices (phone, tablet, etc.) may not be sufficient to view the exam module.
- Make sure that the internet connection quality and speed to be used during the exam is sufficient; it is the student's responsibility to ensure this.
- Make sure that you are not in a place where there will be a planned power outage on the exam day and time. It is the student's responsibility to ensure this.
- Students who have problems with the exam can immediately send their e-mails explaining the situation in detail to alkuydy@alanya.edu.tr by writing “17 September 2024 ING 101-102 Exemption Examination” in the subject line. It is important that all your identity and contact information are clearly stated in these e-mails and match the ones you provided in your application.
- Exam results will be announced on our School's website (http://ydy.alanya.edu.tr).
- Details, updates and, if necessary, changes regarding the exam will be announced on our School's website (https://ydy.alanya.edu.tr). It is entirely the student's responsibility to follow and implement current announcements.
- It is the student's responsibility to use the exam time efficiently and complete the exam on time. Students who start the exam later than the announced time will be able to attend the exam and answer the questions, but they will not be given additional time. Students who cannot complete the exam on time will not be given additional time, and the system will automatically close the exam at the end of the exam period.
- Students who abandon the exam and exit the system or close their browser for any reason cannot continue the exam from where they left off. Students who abandon the exam at any point and exit the system or close their browser will be evaluated based on the questions they have answered so far. It will not be possible to make changes to the marked options by returning to the previous question or page during the exam. Students who complete the exam must click on the "send quiz" button at the bottom right in order to complete the exam correctly. The "send quiz" button should not be clicked before the exam is completed, in which case it will not be possible to return to the exam again.
- Students who take the exemption exam and pass it are exempt from Foreign Language-I and Foreign Language-II / ALM-I and ALM-II (for the English Language Education department) courses. Students cannot take these exempt courses again during the semester, in accordance with the regulations, and the grade obtained from the exemption exam is considered valid.
- Students are required to answer all questions in the exam individually, from start to finish, with their own knowledge and efforts, without any external help. If unethical practices and behaviors of students that will negatively affect exam security are detected, the provisions of the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulations are applied. Any sharing of exam questions is prohibited. In case of sharing violation, the provisions of the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulations apply.
